Cancellation Policy
Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
House rules
Thank you for considering our home for your holidays. We kindly ask that you and your group try to observe these rules. Confirmed number of registered guests are allowed on the property. No non-guests allowed in unit overnight. We do not allow parties. This includes weddings and receptions. Please try to be considerate to your new neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. Clean up spills immediately. Please avoid sitting on furniture with wet swimsuits and suntan oil on. Wash off sand before entering by rinsing off at the hose beside the house. Please try to dispose of sanitary napkins in the trash can. Please try to conserve water. Costa Rica is undergoing a drought and many locals have no water. Electricity consumption in Costa Rica is at its limits and is prone to rolling black outs. Please help to conserve by turning off the lights and AC when not in use. Please no smoking in the unit. Trash storage is located at the side of the house. Kindly place garbage bags for curb pick up on Monday, Wednesday mornings. Landscaping rubbish on Fridays. Please do not leave garbage overnight in the plastic garbage bin. The raccoons will make a mess. Place garbage bins by the curb in the morning. Please park vehicles on the driveway only. Please do not park your car under the porch. No pets allowed in the unit. Please don't feed the animals. The robe, blow dryer or flat iron can be purchased for $75 each and can be deducted from your deposit if you decide to keep it. Missing towels or beach towels will be charged $30. There is a security camera in the kitchen. It will be deactivated during your stay. Please do not touch it. Thank you for your attention to the house rules. Please have a wonderful stay!
